The numerix team has worked with dozens of public school districts in NC, SC and VA ranging in size from 5000 to over 160,000 students. Active and past projects include:

Berkeley County School District has seen dramatic growth over the last decade, stemming from an influx of employment opportunities in the Charleston area. Since 2018, Numerix has been providing membership forecasts and assistance in locating future school sites for a growing student population.
Numerix has worked with WCPSS since 2006, first with developing high-resolution forecasts and now assisting the district with multi-year assignment planning. Numerix will continue assisting this large, growing district as leadership plans to open several schools in the years to come.
Lancaster County School District, Lancaster SC
Located southeast of Charlotte, Lancaster County has seen unprecedented growth which has applied pressure to district resources. Numerix has been providing the district with data-driven forecasts since 2019, assisting district and county leadership plan for more students and more schools.
Johnston County Public Schools, Smithfield NC
Working with JCPS since 2003 - with the Operations Research and Education Laboratory at NCSU and then with numerix - team members have assisted the district in the the opening of 17 new schools for a student population that has more than doubled. The newest opening was Thanksgiving Elementary in 2021-22 and the district plans on several new schools over the next ten years.
